Recommended Use:
The oil can be taken orally by placing a few drops under your tongue and holding it there for up to 60 seconds before swallowing. This allows the oil to be absorbed by the mucous membrane in your mouth (sublingual) which ensures quick results. Alternatively, you may also add the oil to your food or drink.
It is suggested that you take between 2-6 drops, depending on your preference and what you feel comfortable with. As with all our products, we advise starting low and slow, increasing over time until desired effects are felt.
Dosage:
Shake well before each use.
Squeeze dropper under tongue. Hold for 60 seconds then swallow.
Store CBD oil in a dry, cool place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Refrigeration is not necessary but may help prolong shelf life.
Can be mixed into your favorite food or drink! Our CBD oil is sugar-free!
If applying topically, apply directly to the skin as needed but avoid contact with the eyes.
