Recommended Use:
The oil can be taken orally by placing a few drops under your tongue and holding it there for up to 60 seconds before swallowing. This allows the oil to be absorbed by the mucous membrane in your mouth (sublingual) which ensures quick results. Alternatively, you may also add the oil to your food or drink.
It is suggested that you take between 2-6 drops, depending on your preference and what you feel comfortable with. As with all our products, we advise starting low and slow, increasing over time until desired effects are felt.
